Here is the procedure. Our team carries out a property survey to assess the building and recommend a suitable insulation and render system. Once the quotation and system have been agreed, the team begins installing the insulation boards to the external walls. This also involves attaching the basecoat adhesive and anchor fixing pins on the boards. Then, we cover it with a reinforced basecoat incorporating alkali-resistant glass-fibre mesh.
Then comes a second thin base coat. We apply it before the final decorative finish coat, which could be Silicone, Acrylic, and Monocouche. This layered system helps reduce heat transfer through the external walls.

There are many types of boards, which include EPS (lightweight), Phenolic (high thermal performance at lower thickness), and Mineral Wool (non-combustible/mineral-based option). All come in different thickness sizes ranging from 20mm to 200mm with different thermal conductivity (λ-value).
